It’s easy to feel refreshed, energized and ready to start a new day of working toward your rehabilitation goals at Rehab to Home.

Each morning you’ll awaken to the smell of fresh coffee, as one of our hospitality team members greets you. With breakfast either in your room or the café, you can relax and read the newspaper, use your laptop, watch TV or chat with others. Afterward, you’ll meet with your personal therapist to work on your customized rehabilitation plan and therapy goals for the day.

After morning therapy, a delectable lunch of your choice, and an afternoon rehabilitation session, you’ll have free time to relax and catch up with friends and family, surf the internet, watch a new movie, have visitors join you for a private dinner, take a relaxing shower, or play a friendly yet competitive game of Wii. We also give you the flexibility to arrange visits to home or other outings when approved by your medical team.

In addition, through our continuing educational series for wellness, you’ll learn from medical professionals about your condition and treatment so that along with your therapy team, you’ll know how best to help your body recuperate and return to an active lifestyle.
